Hi. My name is Sophia, but you can call me Sophie. My life has been full of ups and downs - I guess like most people's. I was born in a tire swing on a playground. I was rescued by a nice woman and her daughter. They bottle-fed me because I was only about 2 weeks old when I started living with them. I used to sleep curled up in the daughter's shirt at night. I came to really love people. I was adopted about 2 years ago, but the man who adopted me could not keep me when he remarried, so I went back to my first foster home. Now I am looking for another forever home. I am really sweet. I am well-behaved and always use the powder (litter) room. I always love to be right next to my human. I am very social, so if you have friends over I will speak to everyone and let everyone pet me and rub my tummy. If it's possible, I would very much appreciate it if I could drink out of a sink sometimes. I would like to curl up with you while you sleep. If you are my new home, please come and visit me. Our adoption fee is $190 for a cat or kitten. This includes spay/neuter, microchipping, combo testing, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment and any necessary medical care prior to adoption.
